CAN (Offshore) have extensive experience of managing subcontractors, and have a unique network of approved suppliers and collaborations with whom CAN (CAN Offshore) enjoys good working relationships.

Our supplier network begins with the selection of suppliers and subcontractors and then the ongoing assessment of their performance. Rules are established for the requirements of purchase control documents and verification of goods or services received. This allows CAN greater control over its subcontractors, and ensures that we are able to provide a wide range of highly specialist services without our clients having to spend time researching and assessing highly specialist NDT vendors.

Part of the success of this strategy has come through treating the subcontractor more as a partner rather than purely a supplier. Clients can therefore be assured that in the event of CAN (Offshore) subcontracting any portion of the workscope that they provide high quality goods and services due to the initial and ongoing stringent monitoring and auditing of their performance by CAN (Offshore).
