Fifth Consecutive Safety Award for CAN

For the fifth year running, CAN has been awarded the prestigious International Safety Award with Merit from the British Safety Council. This award recognises CAN’s continuous performance and dedication to safety in 2012 and acknowledges our on-goingcommitment to high corporate health and safety standards.

Adam Byrne, CAN Group’s Operations Director commented saying “We are delighted that our safety performance has once again been recognised with the recent Merit award from the British Safety Council. As a governmentally regulated awarding organisation the value that this award brings to our business is immeasurable. This consolidates our standing as a truly safe organisation - safety is and will always be a core value of our business, from people to process. Our services and activities see us operate in a number of high risk areas and regions around the world and our commitment to safety is resolute - to create a safe environment for everyone who works for and with us. This award is not a trophy for the boardroom - it is a recognition that will be shared with everyone from our staff, our subcontractors and our clients for whom we work.”
