Technical Administrator (Ref: 6B437WEB)
We are looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to provide administrative assistance within one of our Client groups.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Standard/Higher English and Mathematics to Grade C or higher - essential
- HNC/HND in technical discipline (desirable)
- Experience of general office systems and procedures
- Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel applications with previous exposure to proprietary databases and basic CAD skills, however training will be provided.
- Ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing to ensure information is conveyed appropriately
- Ability to work in a busy environment to a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision
Duties to be carried out include:
- Providing Technical Support to the Client group – maintaining, populating and developing various inspection databases and other management information tools
- Collate, organize and provide quality information for the designated Client
- Prepare product reports, work packs, implementation plans, progress reports and similar documents working under the instruction and guidance of engineering staff.
- Ensure all technical documentation is maintained to the highest standard in accordance with the company’s commitment to quality management.
