CAN have extensive experience of managing sub-contractors, and have a unique network of approved suppliers and collaborations with whom CAN enjoys good working relationships.

Our supplier network begins with the selection of suppliers and subcontractors and then the ongoing assessment of their performance. Rules are established for the requirements of purchase control documents and verification of goods or services received. This allows CAN greater control over its sub-contractors, and ensures that we are able to provide a wide range of highly specialist services without our clients having to sub-contract a range of highly specialist NDT vendors.

Part of the success of this strategy has come through treating the sub-contractor more as a partner rather than purely a supplier. Clients can therefore be assured that in the event of CAN sub-contracting any portion of the works our sub-contractors will provide high quality goods and services due to the initial and ongoing stringent monitoring and auditing of their performance by CAN.
