Using rope access techniques, CAN tradesmen are able to carry out the inspection, cleaning and painting of high and difficult access structures safely, efficiently and at reduced cost. CAN provide a comprehensive choice of services from jet washing to the complete recoating of structures.

On underdecks for example, interim paint surveys and corrosion condition monitoring can assist with preventative local repairs and extend the period between major repaints. Vast cost savings are therefore possible without recourse to any scaffolding especially where underdecks require attention. CAN have a number of access solutions to aid underdeck and over the side works, including CANSpan our unique access platform.

Our work record to date includes a full range of buildings, chimneys, pipework, offshore structures and marine vessels, using a range of modern coatings including Navitar AS, Intertuf 954 and tar epoxy products.

  • Mechanical Preparation (Needlegun, power brush, acu-strip, wet and dry blast with/without dust suppression to SA2 ½)
  • High Pressure Washing (Steam cleaning, solvent washing using grit/chemical additives)
