Inspection Management

CAN (Offshore) was awarded their first major inspection management contract in 1998, and we have continued to expand our technical capability to provide an inspection management process which serves the requirements of our clients today.

A key differentiator of CAN is the depth of inspection knowledge and its practical applications that CAN (Offshore) will bring to the integrity function. This includes the ability to assess the appropriateness and practicality of inspection techniques, develop inspection schemes for plant and equipment as required and evaluate new techniques to establish their value and usefulness to our clients.

Our approach to Inspection Management covers all areas of the process from:

  • Planning
  • Resource management
  • Workscope and workpack compilation
  • Enactment
  • Data review
  • Data input and record keeping
  • Specialist subcontractor inspection management
  • Condition summary reports and client feedback
We have extensive experience in the provision of Inspection Mangement and enactment services and hold a number of term contracts both in the UK and internationally. In addition to these term contracts CAN (Offshore) provide inspection NDT, specialist NDT, corrosion and Inspection Management services to a wide selection of clients on an ad-hoc basis.
