CAN sponsor record breaking Share FairCAN were proud sponsors of PILOT Share Fair 10 which took place at the Aberdeen Exhibition Conference Centre (AECC) on Tuesday 11 November 2008.More than 700 delegates attended from across the UK and overseas. Attendees listened to over 100 presentations and participated in more than 600 one-to-one sessions. During the opening ceremony, Malcolm Webb, Chief Executive of Oil & Gas UK, commented that: “For the first time in the event’s history, we have seen a complete sellout. This underlines the continuing importance that the industry’s supply chain places on Share Fair and the value businesses derive from it”. Having benefited greatly from previous Share Fair events, CAN made the decision to attend PILOT Share Fair 10 as principal sponsor in support of an event which is dedicated to the sustainable future of the UKCS. CAN are testament to growth in the UKCS with the expansion of headquarters and the opening of a second office in Aberdeen to accommodate a workforce which has doubled in two years.
