Project Engineer – Inspection (Ref: 6B318WEB)

Working within our Operations Division, with responsibility for ongoing client projects, specialist operations and activities. Although a degree in a relevant discipline is desirable, more emphasis would be placed on a proven track record, coupled with the relevant technical experience.

Duties Include:
  • Ensure that all projects are well set-up, organised and run professionally. Supporting them properly so that they operate safely and smoothly in accordance with company procedures and processes.
  • Co-ordinate briefings and movements of allocated field personnel to ensure that they have a full understanding of their responsibilities and workscope.
  • Ensure field personnel are equipped with all necessary documents and equipment to work efficiently.
  • Assist with Operational input to major bids, tenders, quotes, proposals and pre-qualifications.
  • Interpret customer workscopes and draw up clear task definition to ensure customer receives correct services.
  • Liaise with Warehouse Supervisor over equipment requirements for jobs and ensure equipment movements and losses are monitored.
  • Compile and prepare CAN project close out reports and ensure they are satisfactory to client requirements.
  • Assist the Accounts Department with preparation of invoices to ensure correct invoicing for work performed.
