Technical Assistant/Administrator (Ref: 6B326WEB)
We are looking to recruit a Technical Assistant/Administrator to provide administrative assistance within an established project team.
Candidates should possess the following:
- Experience of general office systems and procedures
- Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel applications and a willingness and ability to operate in house databases (training will be provided)
- Experience of drawings packages e.g. Autocad (Preferred)
- Ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing to ensure information is conveyed appropriately (Essential)
- Ability to work in a busy environment to a high degree of accuracy with minimal supervision (Essential)
Duties include:
- Providing technical support to the project team – maintaining, populating and developing various inspection databases and other management information tools
- Collate, organise and provide quality information for the designated client
- Prepare product reports, work packs, implementation plans, progress reports and similar documents working under the instruction and guidance of engineering staff
- Ensure all technical documentation is maintained to the highest standard in accordance with the company’s commitment to quality management
