Riser Inspection Tool (RIT)

RISER INSPECTION TOOL

An innovative approach to riser inspection. Delivered as an integrated service between the CAN trades and Inspection business streams, CAN's Riser Inspection Tool (RIT) bridges the gap between subsea and topside inspections. Water movement in shallow depths can be hazardous to divers and Remote Operated Vehicles (ROV's) which are ultimately expensive to deploy.

CAN's RIT has been developed to provide our clients with a safe, efficient and cost-effective solution to carry out cleaning and inspection work scopes on risers, caissons and conductors. Starting with the Standard RIT, continuous development has resulted in the addition of Deep RIT to deliver efficient subsea solutions to our clients including by-passing clamps, deadweights and other subsea furniture.
