We are currently looking to recruit a Lead Inspection Engineer for our Inspection Department at one of our client offices in Aberdeen. As well as working within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, the successful candidate will enjoy structured training and career development in the field of Inspection.
This role is a full time position working, overtime may be required as part of the role.
Candidates should possess the following skills:
Essential
- Strong Communication Skills
- Knowledge & Experience of the application of the Pressure System Safety Regulations
- Minimum 5 years in an Engineering role
- At least two of the following ASME L2, API 510 / 570 / 653 or EEMUA 159
- Knowledge & application of NDT Techniques
- Knowledge of applicable industry standards
- Ability to obtain UKAS RG2 Cat 2
Desirable
- Experience in leading / supervising a team of inspectors.
- Experience of client interfacing role
- Knowledge / experience of the inspection of Storage Tanks
