Administrator- Training and Competency

The CAN Group of companies are leading providers in Engineering, Integrity, Inspection and Maintenance solutions to the energy industry worldwide.

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a role in our Training and Competency department in our Altens, Aberdeen office. As well as working within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, the successful candidate will enjoy structured training and career development in the field of Training & Competency.

This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. Candidates should possess the following skills (Office Administrative experience would be beneficial for this role, however, training and mentoring will be provided):

 

Essential

  •  Standard Grade / National 5 English and Mathematics to Grade C or equivalent / higher preferred.

  •  Ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet strict deadlines. 

  • Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing to ensure information is conveyed appropriately

  •  Highly motivated and organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  •  Ensure documentation is maintained to the highest level in accordance with the company’s quality management system.

  •  Willingness to learn and develop their skills as part of a team.

 

Desirable

  •  Previous experience of working in a Training Department or office environment.
