We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator for a role in our Training and Competency department in our Altens, Aberdeen office. As well as working within a dynamic and forwardthinking organisation, the successful candidate will enjoy structured training and career development in the field of Training and Competency.

This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. Candidates should possess the following skills (Office Administrative experience would be beneficial for this role, however, training and mentoring will be provided):

Essential

• Standard Grade / National 5 English and Mathematics to Grade C or equivalent / higher preferred.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet strict deadlines. 
• Ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing to ensure information is conveyed appropriately
•  Highly motivated and organised, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure documentation is maintained to the highest level in accordance with the company’s quality management system.
• Willingness to learn and develop their skills as part of a team

Desirable

• Previous experience of working in a Training Department or office environment.
