CAN Group Awarded Tenth International Safety Award

CAN Group is delighted to announce that for the tenth year running, it has been awarded the prestigious International Safety Award from the British Safety Council.

Celebrating a decade of success, the award recognises CAN’s continuous dedication and commitment in ensuring workplace safety across its business both on and offshore.

The British Safety Council’s International Safety Awards are an internationally recognised accolade for safety excellence. Now in its 60th year, the awards recognises organisations from around the world who have demonstrated a commitment to protecting their workers from the risk of injury or illness at work.

Congratulating the winners of the 2018 Awards, Mike Robinson, Chief Executive of the British Safety Council, said: “We are here tonight to celebrate the achievements of 550 winning organisations and 60 years of improving health and safety standards around the world. Realising the vision of the British Safety Council that no-one should be injured or made ill at work requires more than just legislation; it requires people to be inspired and engaged and celebrating success is one of the very best ways of engaging people’.
