Today marks CAN Group's 30th anniversary and on behalf of our chairman, Mike Freeman, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your part in supporting CAN over the years.
CAN was established in 1986, specifically targeting the offshore access market however it soon became apparent that rather than providing rope access to support others activities and contractors, we could expand our offering to perform these services ourselves. From initially offering rope access and trades related services, our service offering grew in the early 1990's as we moved into the mainstream Inspection and Advanced NDT market and in the early 2000's added Inspection Management and thereafter a fully-fledged suite of Integrity Engineering & Vendor Inspection services. 30 years on, CAN Group is a market leading Integrity service provider offering a comprehensive range of integrated services from Inspection, NDT and Integrity Management through to Quality Assurance and Quality Control - and not forgetting or foregoing our roots in Trades and Rope Access,
There are so many people and organisations that have been pivotal in CAN's evolution - far too many to name individually. Key amongst there are our clients; many of whom we have worked with for many years and in many roles. Without your collective patronage CAN Group would possibly be a much smaller cog in the engine of the Oil and Gas industry so our thanks go to all of our clients in helping us achieve this milestone. Our management and staff are also pivotal and deserve thanks and finally our site based workforce - the foundation of CAN's reputation and the people who uphold our core values to be our clients' first and repeated choice service provider.
