Integrity Operations Manager

 

The CAN Group of companies are leading providers in Engineering, Integrity, Inspection and Maintenance solutions to the energy industry worldwide.

We are currently looking to recruit a Integrity Operations Manager for a role in our ENGTEQ Business Stream at Alten’s Aberdeen.

We are seeking an experienced operational management professional with a proven track record of delivering cost-effective, reliable, and high-quality services that meet customer budgets and project requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills are essential, along with the ability to understand client needs and ensure successful outcomes. A technical background is advantageous, and candidates to demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and converting business development opportunities across ENGTEQ and the wider CAN Group.

This role is ideally suited to an excellent communicator with a strong industry network who is looking to join a leading Asset Integrity Management business and take the next step in their career. The role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday; overtime may be required as well as overseas and nationwide travel as part of the role.

 

Candidates should possess the following skills;

 

Essential

Proven knowledge and experience of upstream Oil & Gas production, with a strong understanding of Asset Integrity Management principles and practices.

Ability to interpret customer work scopes and develop clear, effective service plans that meet contractual, legislative, quality, and HSE requirements.

Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, costs, financial performance, and stakeholder negotiations.

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads, work independently, and build effective relationships at all levels.

Self-motivated and adaptable team player with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to meeting business and client needs in a fast-paced environment.

 

Desirable

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, supported by relevant industry experience.

Extensive operational experience, ideally with 15 plus years in leadership or management role within the Oil & Gas or Asset Integrity Sector.
